I am available for face to face, phone or online Counselling sessions, each session is 50 minutes long, I offer weekly sessions and it is entirely your choice on how many sessions you feel you may need.
I offer a 20 mins consultation so that you can get to know me and I can hear more about you and your needs.
 
Fees
£45.00 for face to face, telephone or online counselling session that will last 50 minutes
FREE 20 minutes initial assessment appointments 
 
I offer reduced rates for people on low income please contact me to enquire about fees and availability.
